Here at Jersey City Substitute Teachers Union, we’re committed to improving the lives of  our substitute teachers. Today, a lack of unity is creating an unfair work environment. Together we can fight for economic and social justice in the workplace. Our Teachers Union can play an important role in passing landmark labor legislation, negotiating better working conditions, and securing stronger employment benefits.
